Withdrawal stuck in review: how long to wait, when to escalate

2026-07-29

"Your withdrawal has been placed under internal review." Every operator sends some version of that line, and none of them tells you how long the review runs.

So people search for how long a review takes in general. There is no general answer: the question points at the wrong thing. What you want is the payout time your casino publishes about itself. Measure the silence against that number and it starts to mean something.

The baseline is the number your own casino states

Across our eighteen partners the stated payout time runs from two minutes to a full day.

BC.Game and Parimatch state three minutes. A large middle sits at roughly five: Reels, Qzino, Acebet, Bitzplay, Duel, MELLSTROY, plus RakeBit and Mostbet on crypto. Jetton says five to ten. FastPari says around ten. On crypto, 1xBet quotes about ten and LEV about fifteen. Dragon Money runs from five to thirty. Melbet states an hour. JoyCasino states about twenty-four.

Which turns "I have been waiting a day" into two different situations. At Reels a day is hundreds of times the advertised number and worth a message this morning. At JoyCasino a day is the advertised number, and your message earns a polite restatement of the terms.

Crypto and fiat are two separate clocks

LuckyBear states two minutes on crypto and thirty on fiat. Same casino, same account, a fifteenfold gap that turns on nothing but how you asked to be paid.

Where a partner quotes a figure specifically for crypto (1xBet, Mostbet, RakeBit, LEV), it describes that rail and nothing else. Cash out to a card, then hold the casino to its crypto number, and you are measuring against a promise nobody made you.

Two different things wear the "review" label

Verification is the first. Where KYC is mandatory (BC.Game, JoyCasino, Melbet, Dragon Money among them), a first withdrawal stopping for documents is the process working as written.

A security check is the second, and from your side it looks identical. At partners who ask for no documents at ordinary amounts (Reels, Qzino, RakeBit, LuckyBear), a sudden request for a passport means a rule got tripped. Our Reels page puts it plainly: non-KYC means you will not normally need documents, not that they can never be asked for. Signs of a multi-account will do it, so will an unusual betting pattern or a payout routed to a card that is not yours.

Worth pinning down which of the two you are in. "Under review" is an answer to neither.

A cap is not a review

Melbet states $600,000 a day, the lowest stated ceiling in our catalog. LEV states a million, Qzino two, Reels five, Parimatch and Mostbet ten each, BC.Game and Dragon Money thirty. 1xBet and LuckyBear state no daily cap at all.

If your request crossed the ceiling, nothing is being reviewed. The excess waits for tomorrow, which is scheduling, not a decision about you.

The gaps matter as much as the figures. Jetton and JoyCasino describe the cap as individual, RakeBit as "from $50,000, then individual", and Acebet, Bitzplay, Duel, FastPari and MELLSTROY do not disclose one at all. We do not know those numbers, and neither will you until you ask. Asking before your first large cashout is a shorter conversation than asking during one.

Four questions that move things

  • Is this verification or a security check, and which documents close it
  • What is my daily cap, and did this request cross it
  • Which rail did the payout go to, and what is the normal time on that rail here
  • Is the remainder queued for tomorrow or frozen

Send all four in one message. A manager who answers them in a line tells you more than a week of "still processing" ever will.

What we have measured, and what we have not

Two numbers, both about managers rather than money. At Reels the median first reply is four minutes against an hour promised, across twenty-one handled applications. At Parimatch it is forty-five against thirty promised, across seventeen.

At the other sixteen partners we hold three or fewer handled applications. A median on a sample that size is noise, so we publish nothing. When the sample fills out, the number goes on the casino page.

To be exact: this is response time, not withdrawal time. Nobody outside the operator holds a stopwatch on payouts, us included.

Where to escalate

At all but two of our eighteen partners an application from our form lands in the casino's VIP team chat instead of general support, and if your manager goes quiet we can raise it again through our own line to that team. The exceptions are JoyCasino, which has no VIP chat, and Duel, where our part ends at the sign-up link. Both run through the casino's own support.

Look up what your casino promises on payouts. Then decide whether you are waiting or being stalled.
