Never recalculated after the fact
The figure quoted to you for a month stays the same a year later, even if terms change afterwards.

A minus is never carried over
If a player wins more than they lose, the month comes out at zero — not a debt. Nothing rolls into the next month.

Reconciled by hand — and we say when
Casinos report once a month; we check the figures in the first days of the next one. The dashboard states plainly which month is not reconciled yet.
